- Monthly site rent ranges from $390 to $415 per month, depending on the size of the site. Available home sites can be identified by calling Village Homes at 503-970-9811.
- You may reserve an available home site with a one month’s site rent deposit, which is fully refundable if the future resident does not meet Olde Stone Village’s resident screening criteria.
- All homes must be installed to the new home installation standards set forth in the Olde Stone Village Rules & Regulations, a copy of which is available from the office.
- At this time the largest available home sites will accommodate up to a
28′ x 66′ manufactured home. Some sites have room for an attached single or double car garage. Please call for specific site availability. - Utility costs are in additional to monthly site rent and are billed to the homeowner directly from the utility provider.
